The short version: this website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. We only get your information if you choose to text, call or email us.
Who we are
This website, oeplus.co, is run by OE-PLUS LLC (“OE Plus”), a mobile car electronics installer based in San Francisco, California. Questions about this policy go to inquiry@oeplus.co.
What does this website collect?
- No forms. There is no contact form, booking form or account to sign up for.
- No cookies. The site does not set cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools.
- No outside requests. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, not from Google or other third parties.
Like every website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
What happens when you text, call or email us?
When you contact us, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number or email address, your car’s year, make and model, your ZIP code and any photos. We use it only to answer your question, quote a price, schedule and carry out your install, and follow up on it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your messages are handled by your own phone or email provider and ours, under their privacy policies.
Amazon and other affiliate links
Our recommended products page links to Amazon and to the VIOFO store. As an Amazon Associate, OE Plus earns from qualifying purchases, and we may earn a commission from VIOFO too. When you click one of these links, you leave our site, and Amazon or VIOFO (through its partner Awin) may use cookies to record that the sale came from us. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
Links to other sites
We also link to our Yelp, Instagram and Facebook pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Photos of our work
The install photos on this site are our own. We blur license plates, house numbers and on-screen addresses before publishing. If you see your car and would like a photo removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing inquiry@oeplus.co. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site works, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
Book your install by text or email
Send the year, make and model of your car, what you want installed, and your ZIP code. Photos of your dash help. We reply with a price and the next open time.
Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Closed Sunday. There is no booking form; text or email us directly.
